Gap Year and Student Volunteers

Usually a long-term (4-8 month) position, our student volunteers gain valuable life skills and work experience during their time with BABC.  Most participants live in provided accommodation and the program includes both western and local contacts in your volunteer country, transfers to/from the airport/bus/train, local transportation, and language classes. Volunteers also have the opportunity to get involved with a variety of BABC projects and get a unique view into the world of development and human rights work.
